The teacher has a wide knowledge of this area and he shared his own experience with us, which I think it is very useful to focus on the exam questions and areas that can be included on those exams, also he was willing and able to answer any question that we had.

| The teaching was good. Lecturer did everything he could to give us the best, which was very impressive. Most of all he is very friendly and always ready to help.
The teaching facilities were ok, but some improvements needed : More internet points for laptop users, some chairs are falling apart and air condition should be installed in the class rooms for summer |

| Teaching is good, especially on the difficult subjects, however I found that there's not enough time over the course to go over enough detail from looking at the practice Qs. Lots more reading/research is required and I'd recommend setting up a proper domain at home (not in VMWare) as that helps...
The course definately improves your understanding of all of the 'main' areas though... |

Facilities were adequate, perhpas a drinks machine would have been handy.
The staff were both friendly and helpful, and I would definately use the company again. |

| I felt the course content and facilities for training were great. the use of VMware workstation is great - having the ability to create servers and do various network operations was hugely beneficial.

| The teaching is good,but I found the actual course rather difficult as there is lot to do with seven exams. The books that come along with the course are actually quite helpful they also come with training CD’s which are very useful and contain preparatory exam questions. |

| I liked the teaching. I would recommend people to take this course only if they are prepared to put in extra hours of self practice. Can't wait to see my MCSE certificate when I pass. |

| The teaching was ok. I would say not highly professional. I recommend giving this exams with home study rather than paying this amount which i think is just waste. |

| The course was too fast paced for me and the trainer was not too great. There was only me and 2 other people on the course and he went so quickly through each lesson and use to get annoyed if you asked him questions! I would not recommend unless you are already familiar with A+ and N+ courses. Plus its very hard doing 6pm to 9pm straight after work and also having no vending machines didn't help my concentration at all. |
