| I found the course very informative and the teaching quality of a good standard. It would be an idea to have a set of basic handouts as one tends to miss things being explained when writing own notes. Prafal was patient, understanding and answered all our questions! |

| Hi, I love the course! and I feel quite priveleged to have such an excellent tutor in Arthur.
The practical is excellent but sometimes the pace picks up a bit and to have step-by-step notes on our class tasks (to recap at home)would have been a real plus for me. I think I only have 2 comments really:
Software versions:
The course did not cater for the latest Adobe CS3 suite and we spent a whole day using "image ready" which I discovered has now been discontinued. This caused me a lot of costly frustration!
Refreshments:
It would be really good if coffee was available :) |

| The course covered everything you need to know for the basic working knowledge of these programs. However it did seem at times that we were rushing through it, and I would suggest that you extend the fast track course to 5 days instead of 4 to make it easier to digest! |

| Course:
Photoshop was quite intensive as lot was covered in two days. Also, I believe that a preliminary level of knowledge of photoshop was assumed prior to starting the course.
Flash was very well explained however, there were many code errors with the examples provided and this consumed quite a lot of class time to rectify. More time was need for a better understanding of the code in flash.
Teaching:
Teaching was good for both photoshop and flash. However, it could be more interesting if students could have created a complete web page (portfolio) utilising scripts and flash.
Suggestion: A flash course should be created to cover the next level (intermediate/advanced level) and to provide a better knowledge how to use flash code within web design.
Facilities:
Problems to view the board with so much light in the room. This was made worse as the blinds were not installed on back windows. Also, it was quite hot in the room.

| Facilities great, teacher excellent. But I am disappointed a little bit because you don't provide any help with job searching. Don't get me wrong. Everyone was helpful and all that but you should really start working with some recruitment agencies, start inviting employers and this sort of activities. I know that most people coming to you are being sent by employer, but you will start loosing people who really want get into IT.
I would definitely recommend you to all people who want to learn IT in order to make their current job easier, but no one else.
PS: Art Saunders is a great teacher.

| The course was comprehensive and covered the programmes well. However, the pace was a bit slower than I would have preferred considering there is so much to learn in so little time.
All in all a good course to learn the basics,but not enough 'do it yourself now' and too much 'mimicking' which means it is easy to copy, but hard to ensure you really know how to do it.
I would however recommend the course to friends. |

| A very comprehensive course and a very small class (3 people) which was great. There was a lot of material to cover and I believe that Justin did this pretty well. He's a very affable chap and was more than happy to answer any questions and help out. He gave some good pointers and tips for finding tutorials on the internet which I think will be very useful.
For me it was better to watch what he did first and then try and do the same thing rather all of us do each task together, stage by stage...it's harder to retain the information that way and it was difficult to see what he was doing when we were all sitting in a line. But everybody learns in different ways and you can't please everybody all the time!
The faciltities are more than adequate for the task.
I would definitely recommend this course. |

| Your course is at the limit of what one can acheive in the time. It would be better to spread it over five days - as most people take the week off work to attend - and free up more time for questions and practice. Our teacher, Justin, was excellent given the limitations.
The equipment is not properly set up. The sound cards are not configured and I was unable to do a tutorial recommended by Justin when we discovered I couldn't hear the instructions. We wasted valuable time trying to configure it and finally had to give up. This is not acceptable in a multi-media course and especially unacceptable in an intensive multi-media course.
To conclude: the teacher was very competant but time constraints and equipment hassles seriously compromise this course's value. |

BUT: The course wasn’t what I was promised.
Number one: I asked do we design full flash web pages and the answer was yes…
Well… in the course schedule was Flash, but we didn’t do any full flash web pages.
Number one: Alan also said to me that school will help to find a job. That sounded good and was one of the reasons why I selected your school. During the course nobody said anything about jobs…
I asked about that from our teacher, he said that Alan is the right man.
I wrote email to him, but didn’t receive answer. |

| The course was to fast and I don’t think we covered everything from the course and also the teaching could have been better.
I have done 2 courses with LSCE and both are a waste of my time and money. I was going to take MySQL course but I have changed my mind. Both the teacher are nice teachers but I don’t think they have taught well. |
