PRINCE2™ (PRojects IN Controlled Environments)

Foundation and Practitioner Combined

Course Explanation

PRINCE2™ is considered the de facto standard for projects, both in the government and private sector. The course places great emphasis on business justification and has a product-based approach. Its applicability to a variety of projects is another major plus. PRINCE2™ helps you improve your project management skills and as a result your prospects of employment too.

Looking for hands-on experience on projects based on PRINCE™ principles? Then, look no further. The PRINCE2™ Foundation course is the first of two steps you need to take to become a full-fledged PRINCE™ practitioner. The Foundation course is designed to help you understand the principles and terminologies of PRINCE2™. On completing this course successfully, you will be familiar with the intricacies of a project, such as input and output, the processes, the sub-processes, the components and essential techniques.

The PRINCE2™ Practitioner Course equips you to adapt the general PRINCE2™ principles to the project at hand. Once you complete the practitioner course, you will be able to understand and explain the processes, components and techniques of a project, and their interrelationship. There is a mock exam which lets you apply and test your newly acquired skills too.
