Foundation Project Management
Course Explanation
Organisations are developing their Project Management capability to more successfully control their projects. Most important in increasing this capability is the training of existing and new project managers, and identifying the need for an understanding and awareness at an organisational level of Project Management issues.
The LSCE Foundation in Project Management has been developed for all professionals who are involved in projects, whether as end users or managers. The course is aimed at those new to project management as well as providing existing project management staff with training in formal project management methods.
The Foundation in Project Management is a formal qualification that individuals can use to show they understand the basics of project management and not only be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of project management but also be able to apply the knowledge gained to understand their role within their organisation’s Project Management function.
The course is run over a three day period and delegates who pass the multiple choice examination are eligible for the Foundation Certificate.
